This new website will pay you from $0.20 to $0.60 per download. You can upload ANY file on their server, and every time you get a download for it, you get paid from $0.20 to $0.60, depends on the country the downloader is in. In their FAQ section the site states that you will only be paid if the user is in the target area which is usually UK or USA. But then on the front page under earnings trackiing it says you will get paid after all the NON US downloads are deleted. So I think international members may be able to join but money is only paid when downloads are made from american users

It says invalid downloads will be removed.. anyways, from what i've seen when using them, you DO get paid for some countries outside of US and UK, just not for all of them. Anyway, i don't care much about that since the payout for the main countries is so high i get enough money. Works for me.

Are you sure that this site is for international members also as i counter many scam sites and i now not having much faith in these types of sites so if you confirm it then only i can register myself. anyways, good site indeed if all is well and fine.

Yes i'm sure it is for international members, or else I wouldn't be able to be there. And no, it's not a scam, i've tested it myself, and many others did aswell. You can check their forum, there's many people who have been paid and posted their payment proofs.
