What is a question you've always wondered about but never gotten the answer to? I've wondered for a while if it's ok for vegans to wear wool, but I've never asked a vegan to find out. I'm interested to know what other questions people wonder about. Maybe we'll be able to answer some of them here.

I do not think wearing wool leads to body absorption of wool fibers, though I would never know. My question would include bizarre things as why footballer's are played absurdly high wages, here most football players earn more money than the Prime Minister and other world leaders.

Well, the thing is true vegans are not supposed to use any animal product, whether it is being absorbed into the body or not. But shearing a sheep's wool is no different than cutting your own hair or grooming your dog- why not use the wool afterwards? I also wonder why athletes get paid so much, while actually "useful" occupations like firefighters or teachers get paid so little. It doesn't make sense.

I've wondered that many times. I guess the answer is that they're part of the natural food chain...birds eat them (although at the rate insects reproduce, I'm sure the birds could find another bug to eat!). I must be especially tasty, because mosquitoes love to eat me even if nobody else around me is being bothered.
