Cheese is a food consist of protein and fat from milk, although cheese is good for some people, some have to stay away from it. you will gain many health benefit from eating cheese. Because cheese is a dairy food made from milk be it whole, low-fat, skimmed or a combination of these, most of us fitness freak have to stay away from cheese due to fear of getting fat, these days low fat cheese are no longer a distant dream. The difference between healthy and unhealthy cheese all depends upon cheese selection and right cooking.

I love cheese. I like that it is a good source of calcium and protein, but try to make sure not to eat too much of it because it is high in fat and calories. I use cheese to flavor salads rather than dressings, and use them often in cooking to flavor without having to add a lot of additional ingredients, since cheese is already so flavorful on its own.
