Pimples on the tongue and inside lips?

This is a common health problem to me. I often get pimples inside my room Currently I have one in the tongue. It is small but too much irritating and paining also. Especially it make difficult while eating, it pains much at these time. But I am more used to this pain and getting normal as because I get if often. Almost once a month and last for about 5 days. Not only in tongue, I get them moreover in the inside part of the lips that is small and white in color. Do you get this problem. What is the solution for this?
