Do you afraid to sleep withaut lights in the night? Or just can t sleep with lights on? I keep a lamp all night on, and tv too, i can t sleep with music or noise, but i can t sleep withaut light. What about you? you have a night lamp who you use to have a small light all night? Light on or off?

I must have darkness in order to sleep. I can not sleep anymore once the sun comes up and that is why I have dark curtains in my house. I would be up everyday at sunrise if I did not. I can not sleep with the TV on as it is hard for me to fall asleep as I am watching the TV. I also wake up in the middle of the night thinking that someone is talking. The flickering light also bothers me while I am trying to sleep. I can sleep with music just not to loud for the same reasons as the TV. Noise while I am sleeping makes me wake up with a head ache. I like darkness and no noise to sleep good. Happy Posting :)

i guess when i was little, i slept in a back bedroom that was quite dark and very quiet, so now, as an adult, i hate to sleep with any form of light or cannot sleep if there is any sort of noise. hubby and i made sure that we didnt do this to our daughters when they were little.

me I can't sleep with the slightest noise nor with the slightest light. Everything must be turned off. This is especially difficult for me as I work at night and need to do my sleeping in the morning. There was a time when I covered all my bedroom windows with newspaper so that no light would get in. But I couldn't do anything about the noise as the children from the neighbors get real rowdy and noisy when they are playing.

I have always slept with all the lights out.I think it is something you get used to.I can't sleep with any lights but I can sleep with the radio on and when I go to sleep with the tv is because It is something I realy want to watch, not vey often.

Ican not sleep with the light on,also i can not sleep with the tv or the radio on as it annoys me having that noise on.Ihate it when there is any noise even snoring. If there is a street light out side i buy blackout curtains and blackout blinds so i can not see it,other wise i find myself struggling trying to get to sleep rather than relaxing then drifting off to sleep.

I have to turn the light off. It would okay with the lights on too, but I have to be under the condition of extremely exhausted. I am not afraid of dark myself. At least I knew that my parents are around, on the next room. I am a grown up, and I should get used to sleep on the dark by myself. You have to conquer your fear too.
