Hi, myloter! I was reading in wrired magizine an articel on place know as the GA Gudide stones. It is a stonehenge like momumet made of granet located in small town in northeast ga. I have never heard of them before untill recently even before I read the articel. I do find the story facinating and the events that surrond the buliding of the stones are intersting unto themselfes. It is said that no one knows who bulit it and why it was acculy contstued. It has on the monument about a dozen or so forigen lageages inscritions that instruct the world on what to do for the future. the moment itself has been controveral and drawn the attenion for deverse groups and celiberitys alilke. Have you heard of this place in Ga? Have you ever been there? What do you think of the place. the link to the page. http://www.wired.com/science/discoveries/magazine/17-05/ff_guidestones there is also a PDF file that has the handbook to the site with more detilaed information in it.

Being from Georgia, I have heard of them. I have never been to them but some friends have. I have seen their pics. They are amazing. There is a lot of mystery and myths regarding them. No one alive will admit to how they were built. They have what is essentially a modern day Ten Commandments inscribed/ Now that I have been reminded of them, I might have to take a road trip soon to see them.

That is very interesting. Someone knows where and why they were constructed, but it seems he/they aren't talking. I've never heard of them, thanks for sending them our way!
