I have seen a lot of posts about the swine flu (horrible name)but noone seems to comment on the hundreds of pictures we recieve in our mails with children so undernourished that they are beyond hope. What is a woesrt killer: a flu or hunger? Is there a way to stop it? Share please

I think a lot more will die of hunger than of this flu. It's not necessarily a "killer flu," I don't think. While those pictures are carefully chosen to elicit sympathy (and dollars), I do believe that hunger makes a greater impact on mankind at this point. No one knows what the flu will do, but I suspect it's getting blown out of proportion, at least for now.

Scientists are already saying that it´s milder than it was thought.

I know that world hunger is a true thing, but when you mention "those pictures of the children we get in the mail" I can't help but think FAKE. I have a hard time knowing who to believe when it comes to those things. I know there are starving children in these countries that need our help, I'm not saying I don't believe it. I think part of this has to do with the fact that the swine flu is something new and it's hitting close to home. I could be wrong, but that is my guess and my opinion! Hopefully they can get it under control asap, it's not a good thing. :-/
