Giant Eagle doesn't. They have signs posted that they do not accept them. I think Shop & Save might but since most of them are independently owned you will have to check at the service desk. Make sure you get the persons name too, if you have any trouble using them at the checkout they should be able to clear things up.

I don't use the computer printed ones too often but I know WM has taken before for me. Though it's been some time since I used one there. Perhaps their policy has changed or they are worrisome with fraudulant coupons? I know one of our local chains won't accept printable FREE coupons or BOGO coupons. You may have to call them and ask. I don't have either of those stores here, sorry.

Often at Walmarts they each have their own coupon policy at each location depending on the manager and how they feel. I would call the stores around you and ask if they take them or not. Its sad when some dishonest people ruin a good thing for the rest of us.
