I am so excited! I just set up a meeting for the registratiion today. My meeting is May 14th and I so can not wait. My stepson is already in Kindergarden and I was excited but I think the excitement is a little bit more with my oldest because she is growing up so quickly. I think she might be rather bored with what they do as she is pretty smart. I just cant wait. I know I'm going to cry that first day. Although I know I am going to love every minute of it. :) Were you overly excited when your first born started Kindergarden?

I can't exactly say that I was. My oldest had a speech delay and was in speech therapy @ school since she was 3. So I guess you could say it wasn't as "special" as I thought it would of been if she had not been in school prior. But they certainly do grow alot in 5k! My oldest is in 5k this school yr and it's amazing she's learning to write and read! Things I don't recall doing til atleast 1st grade!

That's what a few people have told me. Both of my girls are in Headstart (preschool) and they think it's not going to be as special is what I think. I think it will be because it's an actual school system and it's completely different then preschool. It means my children are growing up and are actually learning things they can use in life rather then just "Pretend" play. :) Thank you for your comment.

Me too. I'm already excited and it's not going to happen until September. I plan on waking up a little extra early to take all those pictures and have a special 1st day breakfast. I know once she goes through those doors, I'll be all done. The happy tears will take over. Thank you for your response.
