My parents keep on telling us to take a shower always in the morning and not after all we perform our works. They said that it is bad and once we take bath when we are so tired, all the veins in our skin will easily appear. They said that we must take care of ourself and we shouldn't abuse our health even we are still young. Maybe as of now, we still not yet experiencing pain in body because of taking a shower after a tiresome activity, but they say that as we grow old, we will realize that what they keep on telling us is true. How about you mylotters? Does the elders told you same about that?

Never heard anything like this before. Not from my elders or anyone. I don't really understand. But it is ok because I take showers in morning anyway.

Well of course, my elders told me the same thing as yours. And i do believed in all they said because I myself experienced it already. Its a long-term effect. So we cannot directly see the end result. Its not a pepper that immediately releases a hot, pungent effet. A friendly suggestion, just do as they say.

There's could be another reason why they are not experiencing pain yet. In my opinion, using shower or not is just about a habit or facility. If you have jacuzzi, i think you'd prefer to submerged on it. The problem is what is the suitable time for taking shower. I think taking shower midnight is not a good choice even though if you just come back from your overtime job. Have a nice day and happy mylotting.
