will you celebrate mother's day with your mother-in-law, will you treat them as your own mother, or ever better than your mother

Yes, we spent the day with my Mother-n-law. My Mother is no longer alive, so we enjoy going to see his Mom. I brought her ever-bearing strawberry plants. She loves those. My husband brought her chocolates and a card. She also loves those.

Mother's Day celebration should be for both mothers and mother-in-laws, I think. I feel that celebrating with mother-in-law is also kind of showing some respect for her and at the same time, your hubby will be put in a better position as he needs to celebrate with his mother, and vice versa. So, there will be two celebrations in a day.

I won't be celebrating mother's day with my mother-in-law as we were not really that close and she is surely not better than my mother. We seldom see each other that much and we are not close to each other.

I won't actually be spending it with either, but I would spend it with my mother-in-law. I think the perfect mother's day would be with both and treat them the same. But my mom would know that she is foremost in my heart, because she gave birth to me and put up with me through the years.
