I try to go to the gym at least 3-5 times a week. I always go in the mornings before I have eaten any breakfast.

Breakfast is very important. I find that if I eat breakfast [and a substancial one] I am not so apt to grab something high in calories during the day. I eat several small snacks through out the day and am not always real hungry in the evening which is a bad time for me. And my trainer says it is very important to eat about every three or four hours and especially before a workout or your body will take from muscle and not fat and defeat what you are trying to accomplish. Be sure to drink LOTS of water too.

Eating a well balance breakfast is very important when you are trying to lose weight. About the worst thing that you can do is skip breakfast altogether. Then you get super hungry by the time you eat lunch and that can lead to poor choices. All the diet advice I hear is that you really need to eat a good breakfast, but also a healthy snack. Eating becomes even more important if you are exercising. If you exercise too much without taking in enough calories, your body will hold onto the weight even more.

what ever you eat, the best part is balance. Don't take too much breakfast, you still have a long day to eat. One thing, don't forget to do the sprot to burn all the meals you have

yes, a good and healthy breakfast ignites our metabolism... metabolism sets our body's capacity to burn calories,.so the better our metabolism is, the faster we burn the calories we intake. thus, making it easier for us to lose weight.
