i work at a call center. but i wanna move to a different company with higher pay and better benefits than etel. i also want an account that is not queing, not so strict with dress codes, metrics/goals that are easy to achieve, or to make it simple, an easy account. do you know of any callcenter/accounts who match those description? let me know. n_n

hi. there are a lot of call center companies that offer attractive benefits to its agents. all you have to do is to update your resume and start sending it to these companies but before you do that try to research on the profile of the company through the internet. good if you can talk to employees or previous employees working there. that will make you decide better if you will accept the offer or not. just make sure before you left your existing company you already have a job in line. its so hard to become idle nowadays knowing how strict is the competition.

hey hey!! i know you! its been a while! hehe.. how've you been.. hmmm.. you're in etel and want to move somewhere else huh.. i'm not sure about the pay but i think PS would be a nice option for you.. i've been there 2 years ago and they don't have strict dress codes.. in fact, back then i come to work in shorts and sandals.. but if you want easy accounts, i guess apac would be an option too.

hell yeah! i really love the open-door policy.. and most especially the dress code.. i used to come in wearing shorts, and ordinary shirt, and my old jacket just to keep me warm on the floor (on a daily basis).. hahaha.. one time i even came in forgetting to take a bath (i actually thought i already had a bath! )

Hey, it's been such a long time ever since i last saw u in mylot ya.. lol =D How have u been?? hehe ^_^ Why do u wanna still work in a call centre?? U should be looking out for other job opportunities, and explore a wider range of job scope.. That will help u to decide what kind of jobs suits u best ^_^ As for high pay and yet not that strict on dress codes, there will be companies that gives u what u want, but it's not that easy to find.. hehe ^_^ Most of the time, u will have to sacrifice either, pay or strict rules.. It's hard to strike a balance between the two.. haha =D

Yeah, i've always been active in mylot.. haha =D Well, if u can find better prospect elsewhere, it's better to leave.. If not, it will be as good to be staying in a job whereby u are familiar with its operations ^_^

if you have high accuracy and speed in your typing skills, you may want to apply as an ip relay operators. they have high pay and easier metrics. stellar in cubao has opening for ip relay operators.
