I like to drink water only after a meal, but sometimes i have it along with the meal only if the food is very spicy. My husband likes to take water or any other drinks along with the meal.

Yes!A spicy meal demands water along the meals. And if the food is too salty, then too we have to take water along.

Yes, there is a saying in Malayalam, if you have eaten a lot of salt, you will drink a lot of water. Thanks for the best response.

I don't like drinking water during my meal. I think this way I will fill my stomach with water only and there will be no space for any food, in turn I will be hungry even after I have meal. So, say no to water while eating and drink it only after you finish it!

So,you are concerned about taking more food and so you take water only after your meals. But what will you do,when you have to eat in a hurry?I use to take water along with my meals when I am in a hurry. That way,I complete my meals quickly,if the time demands.

I don't remember when I was taking meal in hurry last time. It has been days now but food is a priority for me but if the situation demands me to have my meal fast then I will eat only half and then I will go!

I always drink in between. I felt that I will not be satisfy if I don't drink in between my meals. My husband will drink at the end of the meal because he told me that if he would imitate me, he will feel full already and wouldn't be able to finish his food.

I think we can sip water in between and not drink a full glass. With that eating will be easy.

It is good for your bowels so that you won't get constipated and also helps to cleanse your body as well. This may not be like as good as antioxidant or something.
