I always wish everyday is perfect and I achieve all the tasks given to me by my superiors. Do you ever wonder if all you works is recognize and you think you are being treated honestly and fairly by yours peers. Have you ever felt that you only go for work, for the reasons of financing your family and for your own survival? Is their any times it comes out in your mind, that you are treated like a machines? Could you please tell me your experiences, when facing this kind of situation? How you deal with them succesfully?

everyone goes to work for income and only income but that's just the beginning. once you get to know your fellow colleagues and start becoming friends with them you start looking forward to going to work to chat with them, and its like high school all over again. and that's the beauty of it. :)

Earning incomes nowdays is solely on the mind of every people nowdays. We need to move to survives and accept any works. Being choosy is out and being patient and persevere on whatever kinds of jobs that we have now. It's better than wasting on time without earning any pennies.

if we think that we will do work more and give good result then we can do work correctly and our perfection is there .and i will achive all things and if i will work in office then our senior and superior will happy at me and they will give promotion to my work hard. so this all are helpful to our work for more and hard work .

Good Output results from work satisfaction and increase productivity. there it goes with proper planning to finish what is being scheduled and complete the tasks being assigned by superiors. Thus, good efforts is more on the quality than in quantity that one's focus while working.
