New Fuits to Enjoy

I have been trying very hard this year to eat healthier. I am trying to lose weight and just be a healthier person. I have always loved fruits, so eating them hasnt been a problem for me. This time of year is hard for me, though. It seems the only thing that is in season is strawberries, and those wont be really good for another month or so! I like to eat in season produce best, but will eat other things too. I try not to spend too much money on our food, so eating in season also helps. I am sick of apples and bananas right now. Do you have any suggestions for good fruits to enjoy that arent too expensive? Are there any ways you get your fruits in each day without eating them plain?

Fruit is at the top of my favorite food, it is not only nutritious, n tasty but also is not calories packed, no matter how much i eat, i don't seem to put on any weight from eating fruits. This time of the year i will eat more watermelon, oranges , papaya n mango, not very costly n not going to dry out my bank by sticking with them.

i like canned fruits in syrup. in the philippines, at least in my city, the only available canned fruits are the ones in heavy syrup. still, i find my weight going down by almost 2 lbs. a day compared to the times when i thought enough food would make me go to the bathroom everyday and thus help prevent weight gain. try also the bottled fruits in syrup. as long as you eat just to have a little something and not really to make yourself full, in heavy syrup or light syrup, it wouldn't really make a difference. besides these types of fruits i mentioned are cheaper and lasts longer in the ref.

in our country, fruits are so abundant and easy to find and buy. we have apples, bananas, guavas, melon, lemon, mangoes, mangosteen... and many many more. so eating healthier everyday wont be a hard thing to do. except if you dont have money to buy all of those fruits in the marker or in the malls. but too i want to be more healthier and hopefully loses weight. thanks friend.
