I do store a pitcher on the freezer. Ice cold water is a lot better than water on room temperature. I think freezing cold water quenches our thirst better than room temperature water. Though sometimes it can't be help but at home, why not? There's always a reserved icy cold water on the freezer to consume.

I can live if I can't drink cold water even if I have a cough I'm still drinking cold water. My mother scolded me everytime I'm sneaking to drink cold. I know it is worsen my cough but I can resist not to drink. I prefer to drink cold water than room temperature it can easily quench my thirst in summer days.

drinking cold water usually results to catching colds, or developing a cough, even asthma attacks so we try to develop the habit of drinking room temperature although cold water still is very tempting considering that our climate in the Philippines is very warm. Not to mention, there's also global warming that only makes the craving for cold water even worse.

it depends actually: if you want to lose weight the cold water from the ref would do good since the body would burn calories in its attempt to warm itself up to its normal temperature. however, if you want to get rid of that cold, no matter what doctors say, stay away from anything cold .

freezing cold water is the best. room temperature is gross and does nothing for me. freezing cold ice water not only quenches my thirst but it cools me down and soothes my throat. i absolutely love it especially in the summertime. makes me wish i had some ice in the freezer right now so i could make some.

Well, I for one do not like to drink too cold or freezing water . I rather prefer to mix room temperature water with cold water from the refrigerator and then drink the water .

I've always understood that if you drink frozen water that your body would burn more calories since it's working so hard to warm the water to body temperature.
