Here's one to have fun with: If I were to try and get a skill cape in any given skill, what should I go for?

I would go for the Firemaking skillcape. It's really boring, but it teaches you determination, and patience. I mean, you don't see much people around with firemaking skillcapes that aren't trimmed, don't you?

Lol, I'm currently going for two skill capes. Killing Flesh Crawlers for 99 Defence. They auto attack for 10 minutes ^_^ Also, I'm alching for 99 Mage. I kill flesh crawlers when I'm waiting for the items to buy in the GE.

Not knowing your stats and such it would be hard to really make a suggestion. However, just off the top of my head I would think you and anyone else who plays Runescape would of course want to be the best, and have the best. Hence, I would suggest getting a Hunter Cape, or getting a cape that takes a long time such as Slayer or Agility. Capes such as these give true respect.

Indeed they do, Allison. I got it from your Youtube channel, lol. I would love to be able to have a Smithing skillcape. Currently have everything for 99 Firemaking, have had 99 Fletching. Something that takes a long time to achieve, truly deserves respect. Good luck on achieving whatever goal it is you have! ------------------------------------------------ Currently listening to: The Beatles - Because

I am currently going for a 99 woodcut, but I am not a no-lifer or anything. I would rather do something I enjoy over doing something that just gives respect.

The mining skillcape is very respectable but does take time to aquire. It doesn't cost any money to level up and you actually make money. Does take a VERY long time and you will probably need members to mine better ore such as granite.

If i were u and u had enough money then i would recommend you to go for the prayer cape since it looks amazing and its hot! If you don't want prayer I would recommend you get the strength or defence skillcape.

try getting a skill cape of a difficult skill, so everyone thinks that you have really spent time on that particular skill, first, you need to chose what skill u like, then, start preparing for that skill, try studying RuneScape knowledge base, or any of good fansites, that have a well defined knowledge base, then, u will need to find out the fastest and cheapest method to level that skill. and one day you will be proudly wearing that skill cape...

well, if you really want a bandwagon to jump on, go for firemaking on the other hand, i wouldn't suggest going for smithing, since that's a very hard skill to efficiently upgrade unless you're rich and buy your own coal another fun one to shoot for is fishing, simply because once you do that minigame (i'll have to look it up, it's been a while) at baxtorian falls, you can go tuna, swordie and shark fishing without a net or harpoon (in real life, they call that noodling... very retarded and dangerous)

Good luck on achieving your skill goals! Research skills using the Runescape Knowledge Base. You could also come across a very wide range of guides, using the Runescape Official Forums. Remember, more than anything; have fun!
