~~What are your plans for Mother's Day?~~

My plans for Mother's Day will be to spend it with my boys, and my sisters.
My mother does not live near but I will definitely talk to her.
My sisters and I will have dinner together and each one of us will make a tasty dish and have some cake afterwards. I'm sure I will see my Uncles, Nieces, nephews and some other people that I don't know but I'm sure I'll have a good time.
So what are your plans for Mothers Day? Will you have a small get-together or a Party? Who will you spend it with?

I got my mother flowers,a picture to match them and a card. I will visit her on mothers day. She lives an hour from me. We try and visit each other as much as we can.

We will get up and go to church.Then we will probably go to my mothers house.We haven't really discussed our plans.I am not sure if my sister is coming over or not.If the weather is going to be nice maybe we will go for a ride.
We'll see what we do.I will talk to my mom and sister and see what they want to do.

I will be working this Mother's Day. I work as an Activity Assistant in a nursing home, so we will be getting all of the ladies ready for their families to visit and hopefully take them out. Then we'll be having a special get-together for those ladies and their families to attend in the afternoon...so I will be surrounded by moms all day long! We even include those women who aren't technically mothers because somewhere in their long lives they were like a "mom" to someone. And hopefully after work, my kids and hubby will have remembered that it is Mother's Day and have hugs waiting for me at home! By the way, Happy Mom's Day!!!

According to your post, it doesn't seem like you are bothered much that you have to work on moms day but I just think it's great you work for a nursing home and will be helping out other Mothers on this special day. It must feel great!
You deserve those hugs from your kids and hubby and sooo much more!

I have to work ;(. This is my first mothers day in arkansas with my new hubby so I'm not sure what we will do. I'm still trying to figure out if he's going to suprise me with anything. I really just want to spend the day with him but I can't because of work. I will definately call my mother in Georgia and all my sisters all over the United States to wish them a Happy's Mother's Day and all my friends that are parents too. I usually send out E-cards to everyone. But I just hope I get some alone time with my kids and my Hubby.
