Do you visit random blogs?

I try to visit other people's blogs on my spare time. Sometimes it helps with increasing back link when their comments allow link backs, and sometimes I just like the random topics I encounter. I do find it difficult when I pass by consecutive foreign blogs that are not written in english.
Do you visit random blogs?
How do you do so?
Do you use Blogspot's "Next Blog" button?

Hi~! I do visit other people's blogs, though not really randomly, since the only other blogs I visit are those of people who have the same interests as me. I'm still using Live Journal for blogging so I do sometimes check out featured blogs in the LJ spotlight corner but that's as random as I could get.
