I am planning to launch my own website. Before that i want to create a prototype of my site so that i can get a feel of what i am planning. Later i can convert it into server technologies. Is any of you have created prototypes or wireframes for your website or for your project

Dreamwaver is the best one in Windows,I think. You can design your website without coding. But it's so convinent that it will generate many code which is not so pretty good.If you want to make your website be complex in the later, you will pay more attention to change your auto-generated code.So I recommend to code without any design tools, just use a good text-editor like UEStudio etc.

Use dreamweaver or Frontpage. Setup your localhost by running your IIS server. This will create a local development environment for you.
