Healing has a lot to do with our lymphatic system, especially with our lymphocytes. Breathing also makes your body more fit and more sexier. I have watched a breathing excercise on television and have it experience in myself. When i'm stress with my work, deep breathing really helps me to ease the stress in my body and i know after breathing deep 4 times, stress already worn out in my body. I really believe that people should be given an idea on how to breath properly so that everyone will be healthy and be fit. Just like me!!!

Thank you so much for this information. I had heard deep breathing was good for you but I have never had it explained the way you did. I do have lots of health issues. I notice your age compared to mine. I am a year younger than you but I feel like I am in my eighties. In fact a lot of them get around better than me. I will try the deep breathing to see if it helps me at all. I feel blessed to have seen your post.

That is some mighty good advice. I know you can regulate your heart beat too by taking deep breaths and coughing it you are caught in a situation where your heart has become irregular.....I do take deep breaths many time during the day. Keeps you lungs in better shape too!
