Which one you think works better energy drink or coffe.

I've tried them both but since I am somewhat behind on my sleep, I guess I don't see much of the effects. Which do you think works better?

Personally I like the taste of coffee more. But the thing is energy drink has better effect compared to coffee. Energy drinks keep me up for longer hours to the point wherein my body wants sleep but then somehow my mind doesn't want to.

well energy drinks affect me more, like i get high when im on them compared to coffee, bt its definately not a healthier choice
