If i know what to do then I will not like smbody telling me what n how to do. But if I don't know what i am supposed to do on any specified topic / work then at that time if somebody is telling me what / how to do I will happily take his/ her opinion.

really i just cant have anyone telling me what to do because i just feel i am who i am and i will do what i want and sometimes it just depends on how people say it really not if they say it like do this now but more like can u please or i would like u too, but i agree with you 100%.

Even i hate commands but the profession i am in requires me to obey my seniors because it is part of my training and it helps me in learning a lot.

depends on what it is about, sometimes they do it to help you, but most people should wait until you ask for their advice i guess.

I dont mind if somebody telling me what to do but just tell in a polite way not the demanding way. And I am looking forward to the assistance of other people if I really dont know how to do something. I once worked in an office where my boss's Personal Assistant is so arrogant that she always order/figure pointing others to do this and that and that almost everyone in the office dislike her.

they are just trying to make a good place people can come and enjoy themselves learn a few things and maybe make friends in the process. They are just trying to cut back on alot of junky discussions that there are way to many of or the are really stupid..who cares what type of hair we have or if we shave our armpits or not..sorry but i think alot of people are getting bored because there is so much of the same discussions out there and that is what mylot is trying to prevent..
