Though I don't know much about " the bar" I tried to register with that program and install the bar. But I found that the members of my country not eligible to request payout and they said that we may be allowed to request our payment in future. So I uninstalled immediately as it is not sure of getting payment.

thanks for your comment. i found that it slows my computer and perhaps will be uninstalling it ver soon.
