Is there an easy way to lose weight?

Hello guys, I was just wondering that is there an easy way to lose weight? Any tips? I need to lose weight and i am doing yoga (30 minutes) and walking (30-minutes) daily, is it enough? Or i need to do something else too. I have heard a lot about green tea, is it that beneficial? should i go for it too? I'll be thankful if any of your share you personal experience here with me and give me some advice or easy tips. Thanks.

Eat less, exercise more. There are no secrets to losing weight. For clarification, for an activity to qualify as exercise it has to increase your cardiovascular rate. Yoga is not exercise. Walking is only exercise if you are doing it at a pace that increases your heart rate.

Thanks Colecash, It is not that yoga yoga but it's a mixture of yoga and aerobics. So i guess i am working out as well but i can't seem to do enough. Thanks.

Walking is great but you need to combine this with healthy eating as well. Also having breakfast every day kick starts your metabolism so that is important.how much weight are you looking to lose? what is your bmi? You are correct about green tea - it is fantastic for cleansing and helping your digestive system.

Thank you Cq, i want to lose more than 10 kgs.
