Making Money?

What is your way of making money? I usually buy 1000 plain pizzas and 1000 cooked meat, and then I combine them and I end up with a small profit, but I train my cooking that way... I also chop yew logs right next to the Grand Exchange, because I can bank them so close. I also buy 1000 iron ore and 2000 coal, and smith them into steel bars at falador, and I make a reasonable amount of profit, and a little smithing experience. I would like to hear your way of making money on runescape.

I would mine 1000 iron and buy 2000 coal and 1000 natures. Then make steel bars using the heat furnace spell. Not much money, only like 50K profit, but I like looking at my magic level and smithing lvl afterwards.

That is a great way to make money, I am going to try this pretty soon, because I need to train my magic level and my smithing, I am trying to get to 75 smithing! =) Thanks for your way to make money!

That is great way to level mining and maging but a lousy way to make money fast. Just straight mining and smithing will make good cash. Coal and nats are just way to expensive.

I am a member, so I don't want to risk the money I spent on my account... Using a good bot is really hard to find also... If I had a bot where I would NEVER get caught, I would use it to chop yew logs, so I can rake in the money! Also, the random events makes it hard to use the bots most of the time....

What's the point of playing the game though if you cheat? I enjoy playing the game. I can think of better ways to use my talents than cheat at runescape.

I make anchovy pizza's, not buying any of the ingredients but getting them myself which rolls in a large profit. i also fish for swordies and sell them raw at the GE.

I have only like level 52 cooking so I did meat pizzas... Even though anchovy pizzas make more profit..

Anchovy pizzas are way better for making money if you have the level. I found making pizzas too labor intensive for making money though.

I mine, smith and sell. Might not be the fastest way to make cash but for f2p I'm pretty wealthy. 95 mining 82 smithing and 13.5 mil in the bank. Have a ton of ore in the bank right now. Want to get to 99 mining someday. Hard to do when you don't have time to play all day. Need real money in real life.

Hello again! A really good way to make money, if you have 70 Ranging or above, you can go to GWD and kill Aviansie's. My good mate made a really, really good in-depth Aviansie's guide on the runescape forums. I don't know the exact title, but search for: ~GWD~ in the search threads bar. His name is Reginlief 28 Page 102, post 1 is a really, really good Tanking guide, and I think on the first and second page are really good Prayer methods. Lvl 70 Ranging is a huge plus. and if you're going to go for Prayer, you need at least 40, but I recommend higher. Tanking way, 70 Ranging, at least 70 Defence, and around 1.9mish to start off. Go ahead and PM me anytime to ask any questions, my P Chat is ALWAYS on :D Mason_hales5

The best way to make money is to buy and sell lobsters. If you can fish and cook them, its even better. You don't have to pay for them in the first place then, you just sell them for like 250 gold each, which is alot. Also, if you can't fish or cook lobsters, or you are lazy, you can buy lobsters for 100 or 150 gold each cooked at karajama, and then you can go to the mainland and then sell them for 250 gold again. Have fun with that.
