since i have works online, i can't get enough sleep. one gets enough bucks but the other side of it is the deprivation of sleep. i worked hard for hours just to find decent sites that really pay. sometimes the hours of my sleep aren't that enough for me anymore.when i have my sleep, i'm sometimes being cut of it or interrupted. this is why i get drowsy during daytime. A doctor said that at any age, getting enough sleep boosts your immune system. Sleep also helps your nervous system work properly. Likewise, too little sleep can leave you drowsy and unable to concentrate. Lack of sleep also impairs memory and physical performance.how about you?how many actual hours of sleep do you get recently?

Since I learned to explore more stuffs about the online world which was three weeks ago, my sleeping hours decreased dramatically. There were times when I slept at 5:00 in the morning and woke up at 9:00am. I was really overwhelmed when I learned that I can earn money from the internet. What adds up to my internet hours is our slow internet connection here in our home. I've been trying to convince my mother to subscribe in a faster internet provider but she never agreed with my suggestion.After all it's summer and I have no class so it's fine with me to stay up late but I'm also aware that I am putting my health at risk. In this fast-pacing world, we really need to exert extra effort and be hardworking enough for us to survive.

I just realized that the online world has a lot of things to offer for all of us if we just learn to explore and be wise enough of identifying truly helpful websites. I am hoping that the online world would make me productive this summer vacation.

i am sleepless these days. whole night i use to reply to posts and chat with some friends here on mylot. i think i am an exception. i can concentrate well without sleep even. it never impaired my memory and efficiency. i enjoy it. i take some rest during day time

don't abuse yourself. remember machines get tired too. even computers just self restart if they're "tired" already. recharge your mind and body. you'll be more productive if you get enough rest.

well you can say i am a super computer :-) i never feel tired when i am researching on net. and anything that interests me. if i find you interesting , i could chat for 24 hours with you. provided you are also interested. :-)

i have been very busy for this past few days and i was not able to get enough sleep. like the other night, i was only able to get an hour or less than an hour of sleep because i still have lots of paperworks to do. the problem here is that, i might get used to it. and have insomnia.

that's what i'm feeling right now too. i had to log out in a moment to drink milk so i can sleep immediately.maybe you do this too. let's drink to that!

i really don't know how many hours of sleep i get each day. usually i fell asleep at 1am in the morning and used to wake up at 8am, this will not be done when classes would start already. when i sleep late, i just make sure to wake up late so that i could sleep in a longer period of time.

Hahha, you are like me bud. I almost never slept too :), i really like work online too. For me, every body need different sleep times, but normally is 8 hours. I already knew if this habit make bad effect to our health, but i have been addicted to working online every day. I care about my health and i consume pure honey 5 times in ode days, not late to eat. After that, i has good stamina dude. But, i think we must change our habit, just work in normal time. :)

I'm a university student n in de last semester,I had only sleep for almost 3 or 4 hour per day.It's really hard for me coz I need to made figure(my major course is industrial design) and instant of tat, I need to study for other subjects.luckily,my result is still ok n I think it's worth for me to sacrifice my sleeping time to study.

I go through phases with my sleep patterns. For a while I will get solid 7 or 8 hours of sleep and feel great. Then I will have trouble sleeping for a while. Recently I am in a phase where I am drowsy all the time because I'm battling seasonal allergies and it makes me sleep (doesn't mean I CAN sleep, just that I want to all the time).

Around 3-4 hours per night. I keep using the internet for various purposes and before I know it, its 4. Then I sleep but wake up 6-7 eveyday

Before, I used to have 8 to 9 hours of sleep but when i started working i can barely have 5 to 6 hours. and then, that's when i start seeing my eye bags, i was so depressed when i saw it, it tried so many times to sleep early but since i got addicted to mylot my sleeping hours remains at 6. it's not good and not healthy to lack sleep because it could drain your blood for that and might caused heart attacks

I think i got enough sleep everyday. Sometimes I even complain about the amount of sleep I get. The longer I sleep, I will get headaches and that is something I don't want. I usually sleep for 8 hours and that is even too much for me. I wish I could have school earlier so that it makes me want to get up earlier and hence I don't have to suffer this headache, but the lazy person I am, I never get up until 8:45 am or taoday 9:30am. If you get up earlier, i think it will make you fall alseep faster at night and that is from my experience. I wish I can give some sleep hours to my family. I just have too much sleeping time.

omg what a topic at the right time. my sleep last night was just 2 hours long. i couldnt slp and had to wake for work already. i cannot get to sleep every time i nap in the day nowadays. so i am keeping myself awake now until at least 10pm before i go to bed just in case a wake in the middle of the night and cant get back to sleep1!! zzzzzzzzzzZZzzzzzZ

recently i dont sleep good coz of my work it make me crasy so my days are bad.we should work im just try to manage i eat alot and drink of vatamin so that my boby will not be weak and seek.

I sleep around 2 or 3 hours and that's long enough. I admit I do have insomnia but having a laptop with me all the time makes my sleeping habits a bit worser than the usual. I do believe in what you said that sleeping does good things about us. The other day I had a terrible sprain on my foot but I wasn't able to rest for quite a long time. When I actually slept for almost 10 hours I felt like my foot wasn't injured at all. I think we should practice good sleeping habits for a better health.

Hmm.. I'm having vacations now and I an average about 8 hours of sleep if not 10, everyday. I got nothing better to do and I'm making up for all the sleepless nights that I spent during the exams. I like working without sleep, but if it gets overboard, I get really stressed and irritated. In fact some of the times I have slept off in the exam hall due of lack of sleep, only for 10 mins or so. It's really good cos during that time of 10 mins, I recollect everything and I can write my answers better. But sleep is important I do not stress myself if I got nothing important. bourne

I don't like stay up at night, so I think I will get about 8 hours of sleep, because my job need get up early, if I stay up at night, it will make me tired tomorrow, and I can't work well tomorrow, but if tomorrow is weekend, I will stay up at night, because I don't need to get up early the next day, so I will watch movie or listen to the music at night, I heard that sleep 8 hours one day is good for health.

no offense but they say that you'll die early if you couldnot get lower than 4 hour sleep.. that's why i always see to it that i have at least 5hours of sleep even i am a full time employee and do online jobs.

since im working in a call center my maximum hours of sleep would only 4 hours and that's good enough though..i feel like i had six already....but sometimes if the weather is too hot since its summer i would say 2-3 hours....and that soooo annoying!!!!!1

During weekdays, I only have 5 to 6 hours of sleep everyday. During weekends, I make up for lost sleep. That is why I sleep for around ten hours during Saturdays and Sundays. I usually get up at lunchtime already during weekends. It is true that lack of sleep can do damage to your brain and body. In the office, I also usually feel sleepy in the afternoon.
