if you other vise exercise and diet...and whant that "extra boost" for a short period. You might look in to cutting out some water few days before (or just the day before). But you need to read up on it I donĀ“t know if it works as good on women as men.

yeah but you only get a shorttime effect from it usually a day. Amature wrestlers and boxers do this the day before weighin and rehydrate before the fight. you can do the same but to the extreme they do getting every single extra trop of water out of the body. I did at highshool back in the day when i was in to amature wrestling and you never looked so "ripped" as when you weigh in...

Sandal- Based upon your picture you don't look like you have all that much weight to be loosing, you look great. I would say if you want a flat stomach though by the time you get to a party next month you're going to have to do some serious working out, which means a very rigid system for the next month. I'd eliminate all sugar, HFCS (High fructose corn syrup), and processed foods. Still eat well balanced meals, but make it all organic and eat just the amount of protein that you need, along with productive carbs. I'd also switch to drinking only water, or green/white tea. Begin working your core muscles using yoga. You'll want to make sure you're working not only your front abs, but your side muscles, and your back muscles. These all support pulling the stomach up and in. These would be things like the Plank, Palm Tree, The Tree, etc. Now the tough part comes in your cardio, because cardio activities are the only thing that will burn fat, the other exercises will simply tone. You'll want to be doing extra cardio because you're trying to do this in a short amount of time. (Note to all reading, it is best not to do this sort of training to drop mass amounts of weight. The healthy weight loss is no more then 1 1/2-2 pounds per week). I would say if you could manage 2-3 hours per day of hard core cardio you'll be able to rev up your metabolism to the point of really burning fat. You'll want to strength train during this time as well. Muscle burns fat, the more you have the more you'll burn. Of course, you don't want to have the body builder body (at least that's not what I'm reading), so I'd just add in a circuit training working your lower body and upper body using weights. You can do these things without weights, and the repeition will tone. Things such as lunges, tricep pulls, etc. But, if you are not with much muscle putting on a bit won't hurt you, and you'll have a nicely defined body. If you're serious about doing this I'd say 1-2 hours per day of hard core training. To drastically change your body in such a short time you're looking at at least 2-3 hours per day of serious training, with a drastically modified diet plan. It would mean reading all of your labels, eating nothing that is processed. You want only the purest of things. If you're not looking to bulk avoid red meats as they tend to help in building muscle. You'll want to eat more fish and chicken. Do not fry any of it. If you need to put something in your pan, use water only. Give up all oils, butters, etc during this and give up salt and seasonings. You can use herbs to season, but nothing else. I hope this helps a bit. Namaste-Anora

No, I'm not a nutritionist, but I've worked with this for years so I've taken in what I've been told and try to use it myself. Sometimes I listen well, other times I indulge lol. It's really just about balance, and that's something I learned from studying yoga and zen buddhism to be honest. It had very little to do with going to the gym. It's funny how powerful the mind is, and yet we sometimes give more credit to outside sources. Anyhow, enough of my tangent. http://yoga.lifetips.com/cat/62840/types-of-yoga/index.html Here is a good website that just gives you an overview of the different types of yoga. I've several yoga books that I look at for poses. http://www.asthangafriends.4t.com/Yoga_Poses.html This site has pictures of various yoga poses. I'd focus on those that will work your core muscles to flatten your stomach area, but all are good for you. http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/strength-training/MY00033 This site features basic strength training exercises from the Mayo Clinic. Good luck to you, hope you meet your goal for the party next month, and thanks for the BR. Namaste-Anora

Give up the whites - white sugar, white bread, white flour, white rice, white potatoes, pasta. Go with fresh lean, baked, grilled, broiled, or boiled meats or fish; fresh fruits and vegetables, eggs. Be sure to get at least 2 tablespoons of fat a day. You can use this to cook your meat and stir-fry your veggies. While you are trying to lose the weight, avoid the high-sugar fruits and veggies like watermelon, grapes and corn. Limit your carrots. Give yourself normal portions and eat like every 3 hours. (3 ounces of meat, 2 cups of veggies, one slice of whole grain bread) Walk 10,000 steps a day. In your case, probably a few crunchies. This worked for me. Lost 70 pounds on it. Got the diet from a cardiologist. No, I do not have heart problems. I did have high blood pressure. No more.

I would try counting your calories, this allows you to not have to cut out any of the foods that your body enjoys but just cut them down. Most women follow a 1500 calorie diet unless they are really active like athletes. If you eat/drink within those 1500 calories a day you can lose the weight and it is healthier than cutting out a bunch of foods or only living off a few foods like all cheese diets and stuff. This will also keep the weight off, not take it off for next month and then have it all come back the following month.

if you want to loose some pounds, i suggest on full fruit diet just eat only fruit,. The body's reaction to fruit does not stop in the mouth, but continues as the digestive system accepts a food filled with enzymes. The enzymes do almost all the work of digestion, allowing the pancreas a much-needed rest. Fruit sugars, compounded with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, are carried by the bloodstream and delivered to every cell in the body fruit does not create mucus, a sure sign of how clean and suited this fuel is to our metabolic needs, The fibes that are left behind in the colon are moist and cleansing in nature, softening and removinf years of impacted mucus, this can help to detoxify your body to help remove the excessive fats that the body don't need. I think i will help you loose weight in a month. goodluck!

chocolate is made from plants, which means it contains many heath benifits of dark vegetables. These benefits are from flavoniods, which act as antioxidants. Antioxidants protect the body from aging caused by free radicals, which can cause damage that leads to heart disease. Dark chocolate contains a large number of antioxidants (nearly 8 times the number found in straberries). Flavonoids also help relax bloodpressure through the production of nitric oxide, and balance certain hormones in the body. So chocolate can help you to cleanse your body but remember, everything more than enough is bad, ok Goodluck!,
