I want to learn about morning sickness. I have never been pregnant before, but I want to have children someday. So based on your experience, please tell me... Does morning sickness ALWAYS happen on the first months of pregnancy?? How long will it last?? Do you vomit a lot?? And how do you keep yourself from lacking of nutrition during those hard days?? Thank you...

Morning sickness is very individualized! Some women have it the entire pregnancy. Many do not get sick in the "morning" at all but at other times of the day. Most commonly, morning sickness is in the morning and usually lasts for the first trimester. there are a few lucky ladies who have no signs of morning sickness. I, however was not one of them!

With my first pregnancy the morning sickness lasted the entire pregnancy - morning, noon, and night. The other pregnancies were not as bad.

You will learn that each female is different when it comes to morning sickness. I have 2 children and both of my pregnancies were different. Same with the morning sickness. I was really sick for a day or two with my first child. With my second child, I did feel sick but never vomited. Some people may not experience morning sickness where other will. Morning sickness can vary from a short time, to right through the whole pregnancy. To get a rough idea about your own morning sickness, the best people to ask is all the female members of your family who have kids. Your mother would be the best person to ask, then if you have sisters who have had children.
