What sort of a excersise program should I start to loose about 3% of my BMI?

Found out my my BMI today its somewhere between 11 and 12%. So I need to get it down about 3% or 4% to manage a six pack. I regularly do weights and Skip. Any diet or excersise advise you could give me?

Do weight actually gain weight. Muscle is heavier than fat but it look smaller. On the other hand, 3% of BMI cant give the clear figure. The reason is BMI=20 (3%=0.6) but BMI=30(3%=0.9). Anyway, Skip and weight is good emough, to maintain your six pack, you shall control on your food. I can only suggest you get some advise from the expert on the food control, it doesnt cost much
