You've got to be kidding, I was in love at 16 actually before that. I was also proposed to at 16, mind you that scared me. I wasn't so sure, that I wanted to make a life long commitment at my age. Any how he was upset, and he would never talk to me again! Are you 16 and in love? Has someone told you that your to young to know, and you can't be in love at your age?

of course they can. its just human to love maybe if we have 10 or 100 years old. They just dont know how to deal with love very well. its normal. their young.

I don't think that love is restricted by age. It can happen at any age. But MOST OF THE TIME when teenagers think that they are in love, in reality they are just infatuated with the other person. They are just physically attracted to each other.

I really don't think you're too young to love another at 16. I was almost 17 when I started dating my boyfriend almost 5 yrs ago and we are still going strong. Don't let others try to tell you your too young. I went through the same thing. They have no clue how you feel inside and really, when it comes down to it, it really only matters how you feel. You know when something is right...go with your heart...its always right.

Why is that? If you wish you can start loving a teenager at your choice.But this age is suitable for formal education and after getting a little more maturity you may proceed with.

I don't see why not. I always fell for older guys before I grew up some. Of course age says nothing for maturity. you may be 16 years old but you may be closer to being an adult than most adults.
