what is considered a stalker? what are the signs and what can you do after you exhausted all the possible outcomes? i have a guy who wont leave me a lone and he might be showing up at my house and watching me and going to my daughter school and trying to talk to me and i have told him not to call me any more and have called the police twice should i tell his wife to tell him to stop calling me. how many time am i going to have to call the police on this guy it getting to the point im so stressed out i haven't put an restraining order on him yet but it getting to that point. i might have to get a lawyer this is getting to the point i might have to move out of state because of him.

i am not familiar with how the stalking law is written in your area but in mine what you have described is stalking. Call the police again and ask them if there is a stalking law and what you have to show in order to get them to act. If your local police will not do anything then contact your state Attorney General office, they will do something.
