I know it's not good to dwell on what would have been's but, Here's a question that entered my mind after a very gloomy day at work. What if you were to die tomorrow? Would you have no regrets, and would you be able to say that you were satisfied with the way you lived yur life. Well for me I'm a planner I have 5 year plans... and ten year plan. Well I always thought that I'd be able to do whatever it is that I wanted to do after I graduate college, find work etc. And then I here from a friend of mine that her cousin who was a very good person you could say that she's a goody-2-shoe. She followed her parents advised graduated from college with top honors after graduating though they found out that she had ovarian cancer. Well to make a long story short she was able to live according to her parents wants and yet not live long enough for her own dreams to come true and she was a very good person too. So it got me thinking. Anyways I would welcome any responses, ideas or just some shared experiences.

I have been in love and been loved I have had two beautiful daughters and one adorable grandchild. I have survived alot of hardship but I also have be blessed by God in so many ways with good luck. However if it was not for my beautiful granddaughter I would have no regrets. I want to be there for her and see her grow up to be a wonderful adult with hopes, dreams and see her goals materialize. So for only that reason I would not have only one regret.

Wow, I salute you for being able to live your life to the fullest. I hope someday I might be able to say the same for myself but I'm still trying to finish my college degree and hopefully be able to start living my life fully from there. :)

Sorry to read that. Personally I will have no regrets. I did what I could and made a lot of mistakes. But without these mistakes, I would not have known the things I do know. No, I have no regrets. Take care.

I'm so happy to hear that. You do have a point, I guess in my case I still feel as though I'm not able to do the things I really want to do yet. But I guess my time will come.
