How do you indulge yourself?

When I have some extra cash, I am more likely to spend it on dining out than on something more material. It's nice to go out and not have to cook or clean and have something make you exactly what you want and how you want it. If I had MORE extra cash, I'd be more likely to spend it on a weekend getaway than on a designer handbad or a shopping spree. Some people would prefer to spend their money on things they can touch and keep. I can understand that. What is your preference. A little pampering? A cool toy? If you had an extra fifty or an extra five hundred bucks that you weren't allowed to spend on something practical like paying bills or home repairs etc, what would you spend it on?

If I had extra money like that 500 bucks or 50. It depends. If I had 50 I would spend it on a few books I have wanted or getting my pictures developed and do some scrapbooking things. If I had extra 500 then I would would indulge myself more I would getnew clothes, a new camera, movies with my boyfriend or even a trip somewhere just myself.

Movies and books. Especially movies--I spend money whether I have it or not on movies. On the other hand, right now particularly, I know of a lot of books I'd like to get my hands on. DR...

I would probably pop off and visit one of my internet friends. I've met some lovely people in here, some of whom I've met personally and visited. I enjoy the break from the norm and to spend time with friends. If it were only a small amount, I'd probably invite my sister out to lunch, or something. Or, if there was something material I'd really been wanting for quite a while and unable to afford, I might choose to get that. Brightest Blessings.

I love to indulge but havent in the past few months with no job and very little money. However I love to buy lots of fun stuff. I love movies I own over 200 dvds and getting them used isnt hard. Its kinda a collection. I love to buy used books on amazon.com. I used to love thrift store shopping for my collection of plush monkeys and beanie babies. Been a while. I love buying video games for my DS and my wii. Even food is great like treats and such and eating out. Guess thats what I do to indulge :))

Dining is one option I go for, and that is provided I am in the mood for it. More often I pamper myself with a spa treatment. I get to relax and more importantly, I feel good spending the money. lol.

I would probably spend it on one of my kids, I am terrible with spending on myself! The only splurging I do is buying an expensive shampoo that I love because it smells so good and it makes me happy. Expensive for shampoo is $12 a bottle versus the 99 cent kind! that is how I splurge.

I do like both, I do love to go to a nice restaurant but I also like going to a big shopping centre and just come home with something like new clothes or something for my house but these days are less and less these days.

I indulge myself by going to my favourite cafe every day for a mocha latte, and a few hours of reading whatever books I happen to have with me at the time. Sometimes I'll treat myself to something a little extra. Last night I had a coupon from Borders book store on line, and a bit of money left on an old gift card, so I bought some DVDs that I had wanted.

I would spend that extra money on the Wii gam system and several games to go with it. My partner and I have been eyeing the system for months but havent' yet bought it because of financial problems. We're looking to get an apartment, our first and have been saving up for summer classes so it's been out of the question. We really want one though and that would be the perfect thing to splurge on.

Oh yes... Gadgets would definitely be a good thing to splurge on. It's a good investment.

I like to treat myself to things I can keep rather than events and it's always the samething...Shoes, Shoes and more Shoes, the only decision is what colour or height.

Hmm, if I have some extra cash, you'll probably see me hitting the movie house and then dining out. When I have more cash than the previous scenario, I'll go someplace to relax like a spa, resort, or just hang out with friends drinking. If I have a lot of money to spare, you'll see me in the mall buying a new gadget or whatever tickles my fancy.

I have a couple of hard back books and CDs that I would like to live with. There is always something more we want that a little extra money would help.

Hi miamilady.. When I have extra money, I like to eat out too. EVen breakfast as its the cheapest meal as a rule. In fact, I had lunch out today so NO supper for me! My other weaknesses depend on the season, Right now extra money would probably go in the local garden center Its such a lovely place, I need to keep them in business.

Well as I am a fitness freak and I am nearly always down at the gym, any extra money goes on trainers which don't last long on me as they get well used and pounded upon on the treadmill, or shorts and vests which show off my body contours ;0) There is a sports shop near the gym where they sell Nike and other sports labels at prices I can afford. I love Nike so I usually buy up the shop and it's good retail therapy because I get quite excited when I can buy tighter fitting clothes and see how much weight I have lost!

I don't make much money so every payday I try to treat myself. That might be a movie or a hang out in a good bar. There are some expensive places in Port of Spain well worth checking where I live in Trinidad. Also I might buy a really good book because I love to read and right now I'm into second hand books because I haven't got money for new ones.

Well, I would most probably spend on books - I enjoy reading and collecting books of my favorite genres and authors. The next on the list would be food - I love Japanese and Western food.

I would spend it on a vacation trip with my husband and son. I love out of towns and visiting nice places. A vacation is a good way to relax. I am not a collector of clothes nor bags nor shoes. I am not vain, I do not wear a single make up. I do not use shades nor jewelries and perfume. Sometimes you may wonder if I am a woman. But seriously speaking I am more than simple. Simple in all the ways and I live a simple life.

Whenever i get some extra cash in my hands i take my son to the store and buy him some new things. and if possible i will get myself something. BUT... if i had the extra $500 i would get my husband a new tire and tune up for his motorcycle. then, whatever i had left i would use on my son again and then something small for me. im not a greedy woman :) lol
