i am put in adobe flex project.i am a beginner . Experts in this field please give me pointers for a nice start,where to begin, where to refer. Thanks in advance

First read the adobe documentation and then start with the book 'The essential guide to Flex 3' by FriendsOfED. Its a nice book and gives a sneak peek of what flex is. After you get acquainted with Flex, you should read whatever book related and then you can attempt the Adobe Certified Expert exam! All the best!
