hey friends i want to make a online money making site basically a PTC like neobux i know thats not easy but i don't know how to start or begin it... if this would ask for investment i will do that also.. but i need a stable ptc site like neobux or a genuine one...!! if anyone can help me out... please tell me direction for it...!! i ask from my friend but he said u need to understand the script but i don't have any idea about that so please if anyone can help me out do reply..!!

what about the security? what about the databases? what about the bandwidth ? it's not just a website building...

you can also rent an expert to make you a new site, if ever you're gonna have a site, please don't be a Scam alright.

Like I've said, I've got a site that pays well. :) You will need your Yahoo ID though. :) This is the hard bit: Catching the owner online. It will take a few days, and if you can't, then you will need to send offline chat messages to him instead.
And that will take quite a while. You will have to be patient.
But once you catch him, and once he talks to you, then you can easily get started. :) :) :)

If you have no idea of scripting, the "free" script code that you'll find, will be full of security holes. MANY will take advantage of that, steal your money and then your site will go scam. :)
