i have seen this tv commercial just a while ago and i was really bothered about this & don't like the way they advertise their product on tv.
in the commercial the setting is in the quiz show where a student is ask to spell "remittance" and the student says "remittance, capital LBC, remittance" and the quiz master said "correct" huh!
i guess the way they promote their product/service is not appropriate, i have nothing against the company but i'm just concern if other children saw that commercial, they might think that waht is said there is correct and they would think that the correct spelling of remittance is LBC..:-(, really parent's guidance is important but what if parents are not there ? can't tv advertisers be responsible on what they show on tv? they should be informative and of course give good & correct information.

There is a local flooring company that has a commercial that is very similiar. There are kids in a spelling bee and the question is spell convenience and the girl spells the name of the flooring company. Then a company representative looks at the camera and says, "Close enough" and the girl wins the spelling bee. I guess it is not as bad though because he does say close enough which means that it is not correct, but acceptable.
