i think this guy has lots of in-ring skills and he can really put a great show. his matches are fun to watch. i would rather watch a shelton benjamin match than watching john cena and batista fighting. what do you think?

I think TNA is more enterteighning than the wwe because the matches are more hardcor that excludes the wwe brand ecw.

tna has some better matches but did you look at their promos? wwe has better entrances, better promos and quite a few great wrestlers. wwe is much better than tna in my opinion but wwe is mostly focusing on kids now which is not good.

It seems that when he started the gold standard gimmick they were pushing him but lost faith in him i guess. Wich a lot of people dont like him but I think hes pretty good. Hes good on the mic and deffintley good in the ring so I think he could be a worthy maineventer since wwe needs new stars.

gold standard gimmick was better than his previous gimmick in my opinion, but he didn't get enough push later on. he jobbed to john morrison just a few days ago. good to see that wwe is using shelton in pay-per-views.

He is good, however the creative department I think don't see him as a good wrestler just like us viewers. They will just realize that they should have pushed this guy when Shelton Benjamin decided to go to another brand which is TNA.

i think only reason he's not getting a push is because he doesn't have much mic skill. besides, he's black and vince doesn't push black people too often.

Yes I agree. A wrestler mic skills equals more interested viewers. No one will buy a storyline if the wrestler involved doesnt have the mic skills. But, too much mic skills sometimes makes WWE boring. Its beginning to be a soap opera rather than a show full of action and less talk.

i do agree that shelton benjamin should get teh push he needs. i remember him as a protegee of kurt angle and shelton benjamin was part of the world's greatest tag team with charlie haas, another protegee of angle. they were a good tag team and i think they amde a run for the tag team titles back then. in single's competition, shelton benjamin has proven to be very good. he has great in-ring skills and has proven himself to be a great technical wrestler. i remeber he was held the intercontinental championship belt and was part of a good storyline involving other contenders for the belt like carlito and ric flair. anyway, right now, he is having a feud with john morrison and i hope the feud is prolonged and boils over to a match at one of the upcoming ppv's of wwe. i really think a lto of middle-tier wrestlers should be given a good push that involves an interesting and believable storyline. it's kinda tiring seeing the same wrestlers goign up agaisnt each otehr over and over again. about the mic skills, i think wwe creative can help develop the mic skills of their wrestlers if they put their minds into it. just my thoughts. cheers!!!

He is talented and he is good.In the beginning of his appearance in WWE. he beat Triple HHH twice in a row and now he just comes for minor matches and titles. And he makes fun of himself in the ring.

yes he beat triple h twice, that was a great success in his career i guess. i think he may win the wrestlemania mr. money in the bank match and who knows maybe he will become world champion someday.

i agree with you but i think they should push him instead of jeff hardy. There goin over a story line they did in the 90s with bret hart vs his brother now thye have matt vs jeff. I mean dont get me wrong jeff is good but maybe it would be nice to see a genuine athelte getting the push they need. I think that some of the pushes they have given him have not been good to get him over with the viewers.

WWE always chose overrated mic guys like John 'She-na' over real talents like Shelton Benjamin or Charlie Haas

Hi red12346, I totally agree with you. Shelton Benjamin is a very good wrestler. I remember about four or five years ago he was one of the top wrestlers on Raw before he got drafted to Smackdown. Now it's like they threw him to the side. I really didn't enjoy this year's Wrestlemania but one match I did enjoy was the Money In The Bank Ladder Match. Shelton out did himself that night. Happy myLotting!

he wasn't a top wrestler on RAW before, he was always a midcard wrestler in my opinion. this year's wrestlemania was okay to me, the ladder match was great i have to agree.

Yes, Shelton Benjamin does deserve a major push. He has been held back for years and years now and that is not fair. He also takes the biggest risks and puts on the best matches. His gold standard gimmick is OK but he is main event material and WWE doesn't see that which is sad. At least, move him to ECW and get him to feud with Christian or Jack Swagger.

yes i think he can go to ecw and becomes ecw champion. i think a ladder match between christian and shelton benjamin will be a great match.
