I found that making changes is hard, do you?

When you are used to do something the way you are, to live life the way you are, would it be hard for you to change though it's for good? I think it would not be easy. Like when I want to be an outspoken person, to be able to say no when I want to say no, I found it's very hard for me to do it. While I can see how other people can say what's in their mind easily. I always afraid that I might hurt others' feeling. Often when I tried to say honestly my opinion or idea, it turned out that people don't like it. I think it's because the way I say it because I wasn't used to. I don't know what to do, how to say things nicely though when it's to say your objection. I really find very hard for me to change this part of me.

Yes it is true that to object somebody is very difficult and most of us suffer from the same problem.Being a sensitive person we are more concerned towards how others will respond to our opinions or objections and in this we forget how we will feel if we will not speak the language of our mind and heart. Try to make the other person clear about your point of view after discussing with him his views and opinions.Be calm and patient and try to justify your opinions and concerns in a polite manner.

I think I should have a manner lesson. I tried to speak out my mind but I can feel it myself that my words are no good. My brothers and husband agree on this. I keep telling myself to be more careful and careful and in control not to let emotion take over my speech but it's just so hard to find the right words. -_-; HELPPPP!!!!
