I'd recommend using lemon juice at night and during the day using a very strong, non-glycerine based sunscreen, and hats.

Try Avenno or Neutrogena sunscreen, both come in non-oily formulas.

Lemon juice will often bleach your skin, but it is better to keep from getting tan, wear a light covering and a hat that shades you. And stay out of the sun from 10:00 in the morning until late afternoon if at all possible.

I will give u a simple home remedy which I hv often used. Mix juice of tomato with cream taken from boiled milk and apply on your face. Let it remain there for 10 minutes and then wash your face with fresh water. It cleans the face, makes it soft and also removes tan.
