Which is the best camcorder

I am planning to buy a camcorder.Please suggest which is best camcorder.

Depends on what you are using it for. Are you making professonal looking films or you just trying to get a camcorder to tape some home family stuff. If you are looking for more professional check out the Canon XL1 or XL2. Pretty good quality for the price (although it reachs 1.5k-2k). For more personal home cameras I'm not sure.
