Is it good for body if we eat Vitamin C often?

We know that Vc is very good for our body and each day we need it, I bought a lot of it and eat it very day. Is it good for body if we eat it often?

The best dosage of vitamin C is 500 mg per day. But 1000 mg is also tolerated. But strongly i say don't over than 1000 mg in a day. Vitamin C is also an antioxidant for our body. But if we have it over dosage, it could become poison in our body. Have a nice day and happy mylotting.

I actually take 1100 mg in a day. I drink 2 capsules of Vitamin C (500 g each) and a skincare supplement with 100 g Vitamin C. Hopefully that's not bad. :)

vit c is very good for our body. i take it regularly. feel more energy and less problem during the wet season. i hear a new form of vitamin c - lypo spheric vitamin c - is the best in the market. check lypo-spheric-vitamin-c.blogspot.com.

I think that Vitamin C should be taken or eaten every day. It helps with immune systems and helps boost it so that you aren't as prone to sicknesses. I always take it and double up in winter/colder months.

It serves as a daily vitamin and anti-oxidant, so I think it can really help us a lot. I've heard that it also prevents several cancers and life-threatening illnesses.

Sometimes I buy the chewable vitamin C and eat them like candy. They remind me of sweettarts candy. I have always been told that it boosts our immune system and can help prevent us from getting sick. It is also very good for our skin. Vitamin C is flushed from the body through your urine so unless you go crazy with it I don't think that too much will hurt you. Probably the best way to get your Vitamin C is through eating fruits and vegetables and drinking fresh juice.

Yes vitamin C is indeed good for our body. We need to take them regularly to boost our immune system and to have strong resistance from colds, flu and allergies. Actually all kind of vitamins are really important to have them in regular intake. Happy mylotting.

Well, that's why there's a daily recommended amount... I'm not entirely sure how to find it, but look on the nutrition facts of something with Vitamin C. It'll tell you what percent of the daily recommended value a serving is... or well, it should anyway. Eating a little bit more than recommended can't hurt... but don't eat toooo much! Too much of anything (even something good!) is bad for your body.

we need vitamin c for better immune system. vitamin c helps protect us from illnesses. excess vitamin c goes out of our body through urine so my friends told me i should not worry if i took too much vitamin c.

You should strive to have many different types of vitamins each day. New studies report that they most important extra vitamin that you should take is Vitimin D. This is important because reports suggest that those who consume more of D has less chances of developing cancer, this is all cancers! So, I now take an additional D3 everyday ;)
