Performance bux turning into scam?

I don't know Exactly what is happening with the site, I too have reached the Payout limit of the PerformanceBux before Some days, and whenever I tries to make my Payout request through PayPal, it shows that error as:- We have had a high number of credit card charge backs. We currently can not process payouts via PayPal until our balance s back positive. Any purchases made by PayPal help us get this balance back to negative sorry for any problems. So now I have Lost the Trust, Lets hope for Better.... Keep Smiling and Happy myLotting.......

I was about to join performance bux the other day, but left back due to exams and feww i am not putting much of my efforts in joining and loosing the cash, so i am not joining it now..well i believe nomincash gives me my second pay and so i am looking forward to it.. I am even throwing my chances on 70cent and clixncash hope they pay me, but they really make me slog
