I think mediafire and megashare are the best free file sharing sites.They allow you to download files at good speed and you can also download files one after another . There is no waiting time between two files.You can also download two files at a time which rapidshare does not allow unless you have a premium account.

Before I like megaupload but it has gotten complicated. You can also try yousendit because I think it is quite nice too. But for me the best is still using torrents because files are downloaded faster.

For me, I recommended Mediafire.com. They are as reliable as rapidshare and even you are not premium member, you can download the files immediately without waiting for the time interval like rapidshare.
