In the summer you drink hot coffee or tea? Or just cold drinks?

Specialists say that if we drink hot drinks in the summer , after a while, we will feel more refreshing....but how much hard is for you to drink a hot coffee when is very hot weather? To +35 is hard to drink a hot tea? or just ice cold drinks...juice, beer, maybe mineral water?

I drink coffee all year round. I do landscaping for most of the summer and I still bring a hot drink (either coffee or tea) with me. If you have some time on your hands, you can always make some iced coffee. It costs a fraction of what you would pay at Dunkin' Donuts or another store for it and it tastes just as refreshing. You can also try mixing sugar and cream with the hot coffee before chilling it for more of a smooth taste. When it comes to cold drinks, I really only drink whatever. I don't care for the taste of vitamin water or drinks such as that, and soda only seems to make me more thirsty.

for some reason lately ive mostly just wanted a cold sweet tea. but i mean even though its supposed to be warm outside this summer, its really not, and i thought about even getting a hot chocolate yesterday. lol. normally in the summertime i wouldnt mind a cold smoothie or a lemonade, but lately it could go either way because the weathers so wonky.

Water for me is enough whether it is warm or cold. For hot drinks i prefer hot choco as i am not a coffee drinker.

In the morning we can have tea. But i would never serve another round of tea in the afternoon or night because it is so hot in here and i would still prefer to drink cold fruit juice, soft drinks and icy water. I may serve tea but iced tea, not the hot one. Summer here is really hotter than in our country. So i would enjoy more to drink cold and icy drinks and fruits. I also like to eat sweets like ice cream, ice candy, ice Popsicle and cold treats they offer in this country like Rasmalai and Falooda .

Drinking coffee is about getting the caffeine kick and I don't like cold coffee so the season doesn't matter; I always have it hot. I usually have tea hot as well though I make herbal tea at home in the fridge.

I'm not a big fan of hot drinks anyway. I usually drink cold drinks all the time. However, during the summer I really do skip the hot drinks and definitely drink cold drinks all the time. I drink soda, water and iced tea. I drink more iced tea during the summer than I do at any other time. I just really like how it tastes and it is so refreshing when it is hot outside.

In summer I prefer drinking fruit juices rather than tea or coffee. Drinking water 8-10 glass a day is must for all to maintain proper moisture in body.

I still drink my morning coffee. I don't think I would actually feel awake if I didn't. I tend to drink more water when it is hotter than I do in the colder months. I think that has a lot to do with spending more time outdoors though.

During hot summers, I prefer drinking cold water! with lots of ice! soo refreshing :D But I already have a habit of drinking hot coffee every morning . Neither hot or cold, I should drink hot coffee in the morning or else, I'll have a very sloppy day.

coffee for me, whatever the weather should always be hot. it gives a sense of relaxation in being careful to sip that hot cup of liquid. juice is the same. no matter what the weather is it is always cold. i just make sure i'm in front of a fan in drinking that cup of hot coffee in the summer .

It depends on mo what to drink during summer days. I tend to drink much of coffee and sometimes tea even if its served hot or cold, whatever.Surely on that steaming weather, I might end up drinking cold drinks anyway.

I still have hot coffee and hot tea in the warm months here. I have a hot tea every morning as a routine and would not think to not have it. I also will have coffee maybe once a day too. But I do tend to drink less of it and go for more water and cold drinks because I am hot and need to get cooled down instead of heated up with the warm drinks. We also never have hot chocolate in the summer, but have more Popsicles in the summer.

Hi, Ice! It's almost always hot where I live, so the time of year doesn't matter. I don't feel like a day has started without a big mug of hot coffee. For the rest of the day, it's ususlly iced tea or diet cola. I drink a lot of water, too. Nothing seems to affect the heat, so I try to stay in air conditioning and drink whatever is appealing at the moment.

I drink coffee in the morning, tea in the evening. Throughout the day i drink ice tea, water, and mt dew. My coffee gives me some get up and go. My herbal tea in the evening calms me down at night and the others I love on a hot day.

In the summer season i generally avoid hot drinks like tea and coffee . I like to have lime juice , sugarcane juice or sometimes cold coffee in the summer season. I also avoid cold drinks like pepsi or coke . A glass of lime juice or sugarcane juice works fine for me.
