I do not have the habit of drinking a lot of water while eating food. If we do that we may not eat better as our stomach might be filled with water alone and there will be no place for solid matter. We should drink water no doubt but not too much while eating food.

I usually drink nothing but water, but when it comes to meals, I really like having a glass of juice or iced tea with them. I like to have a drink while I'm eating, I think that food tends to become to dry or my mouth gets dry if I don't have anything to drink while eating. Especially if the meal your eating happens to be spicy.

you are very right, not only while eating, we should avoid water till half an hour after our food, that is good for digestion of food, the acids which digest our food gets diluted with lot of water. So there is problem in digestion of food.

Yep I agree with you, I don't drink lots of water while eating except of course when I feel like choking LOL. Especially uring parties with plenty of delicious food, I only drink water or any beverage fort hat matter only after eating so I can enjoy more food and not not more liquid in my stomach. But it's super hot in my place so I drink lots of water. But that's another story.

I drink a lot of water ALL of the time! lol I love water and it's what I drink 90% of the time. I typically drink it with dinner also. Once in a while if we're out at a restaurant or I feel the need to switch it up, I'll drink diet soda. I think it's a good idea to drink water BEFORE eating to find out if you're really hungry. If it's a meal time then that's different. But I also drink water with my meal. It helps fill me up quicker and I end up consuming less calories! Water is so good for you and it's so refreshing, I love it! As a matter of fact I'm going to go get some now.

I live in Arizona in the middle of the stinking desert so YES! I drink a lot of water all the time. If I don't drink at least a gallon of water a day out here I get very dehydrated. I usually drink a sports drink at least once a day too because we sweat so much here and the heat does not stop us from exercising so we loose a lot of electrolytes and salt. Usually when I'm eating I crave water, especially if I eat out because it is so loaded with salt.

I don't drink while eating. It's impolite in our custom to do that. So I usually take a sip of water before meal and the rest after I am done. Besides, eating and drinking at the same time make us feel full due too much drinking. We won't eat properly that way.

I drink alot of water everyday. But i won't drink alot of water while eating. I drink at least 2 glass of water. I think drinking too much water while eating is not good because you'll get full by water. Have a nice day and happy mylotting.
