whenever you order your food at the hawker center, do you ask for more vegetables and less oil for a healthy diet?

Yes, I will usually do that when I eat out or even when I buy food back from coffee shop or resturant. Like when I'm in a restaurant, coffee shop or hawker center I will usually asked for more vegetables and less oil.

It is always healthier to go for less oil, less salt and less sugar. Eating more vegetables is also a healthier diet. Personally, I don't like a lot of vegetables, so I don't ask for more vegetables. I seldom ask for less oil, less salt and less sugar. I will usually leave it to the cook to add.
