What is your opinion about Fruit juices? I drink regularly.

I drink fruit juices regularly. I used to drink juices of orange, pine apple, pomegranate, apple, goose berry, mango, sappota, strawberry, carrot, tomato, lemon, etc.,. They help to keep yourself healthy and provide vital vitamins ranging A,B,C,E,K and some important minerals, which are essentials. For a healthy life drink fruit juices regularly. Even You can drink mixed fruit juices, which provides you many vital nutrients.

I drink a fruit drink that consist of different fruit, water,ice and something else. I couldn't tell you the nam eas it is not an american drink. But a Spanish drink. I don't speak Spanish enough. So I take my niece and she orders for me.

hi, i drink lot of fruit juices.this is one of the healthiest drink.instead of eating fruits,having fruit juice is best.we can get full extract of fruits.i also drink fruit juices by adding soya milk.if we drink fruit juice in empty stomach during day time,it will give good result.we can live healthier.avoing sugar in fruit juices will be good.according to me fruit juices of apple,orange,lemon,banana,etc.,is more good.

I never heard of some of these juices. I personally only drink a slim fast for breakfast, bottled water the rest of the day and fat free chocolate milk for dinner and lunch and sometimes hot cocoa at night. Occasionally I will have some OJ if we have some in the house, but my son prefers Sunny Delight. My other son drinks soymilk, but I just found this juice/soymilk combo in a juice box that I will give to him to try one of these days. I take supplements and read a site by Dr. Mercola. I thought most of those fruit juices were filled with sugar. Just check the OJ container and also with high fructose syrup.
