yes, coffee can increase one's weight. i'm talking of the rich coffees that has sugar and no nonsense things added. anything one takes in counts. especially when one is way past 26 years old and metabolism slows down. the body doesn't really need sugar. if you come to think of it excess carbohydrates is converted to sugar and carbohydrates is one thing humans load up on.

I think at least I take some methods to improve my health. First, I get rid of drinking soda water and most of the time I will drink water. Second, I will walk much more so that it's a kind of daily exercise for me. I love China

As we all konow, health is the most wealth in our life. We can do nothing without health. Now I pay much attention than ever to my health. I insist on doing some exercise everyday. Meanwhile, a health diet is also very important. I eat more fresh fruits and vegetables instead of meat everyday. I drink a cup of water when I wake up every morning. I try my best not to stay up late in the evening. I think a regular sleeping habits is vital to our health. Thank you! Have a nice day and happy mylotting!

No junk food, processed foods or sugary junk; lots of fresh foods, veggies and fruits, low carb ones. If I eat breads only whole grains, and biggest one of all, no high fructose corn syrup.I do eat fat, and at 60 have no wrinkles and healthy arteries. low fat is a scam because low fatjunk is very hig carbs.

I make sure that I exercise at least four times a week. Aside from that, I eat healthy stuff. I don't smoke. I drink occasionally. I get to 7 to 9 hours sleep every night. And most of all, I surround myself with people who don't stress me out. I surround myself with people who give out positive vibes :)

I doing something so simple, but it really helps me. First, sleep well. Don't sleep much more or much less than your body wants. To observe how many hours your body wants. Count your sleep hours in the day that you are in good mood and you have sleep well last night. Count from when you fall asleep to the first wake.[but not kinda wake up to pees -*-] Second, exercise. It is really great to relax you from your tiring and hard day. Could be something like take a fast walk in the park. I walk and jogging in the park daily and increase time every week. Third, I am the kind of people that don't like taking medicine, not even when I'm sick. I don't know if this really help but I think that to take so much medicine is not good. Try not to use it if not necessary. Well I eat more fast food than my friend eat. But because doing these thing, I don't have any problem with my health.

Well I am going to gym and do some workout to make me healthy. I avoid eating junk food but at times where I can avoid, I would just eat it. Basically to have a healthy life, we need to look at our lifestyle and also take note of our diet. Maybe you can start doing simple exercises that would make you feel energetic. It really works. Try it on Thanusha
